About Monterey Park, California
Monterey Park is a city with a growing Asian American population located in the western San Gabriel Valley region of Los Angeles County, California. The city’s motto is “Pride in the past, Faith in the future”. According to the 2010 Census, the city had a total population of 60,269.
Spanning just eight square miles, the city is relatively small. However, Monterey Park continues to make a name for itself by providing its residents with a number of community-friendly amenities, much-needed employment opportunities, quality education systems, and world-class dining options. Due to this, the City has consistently ranked as one of the country’s best places to live. Specifically in 2017, Monterey Park placed third on the 2017 list of Best Suburb to live in all of California which was published by Money Magazine.
