About Newport Coast, California

Newport Coast, also known as Pacific Riviera – Where Nature’s Palette is at Work, is a community south of the main body of the city of Newport Beach, California. It was a separate census-designated place in Orange County, California, United States, until 2001, when it was annexed into Newport Beach. This prestigious, world-class community encompasses the South Orange County coast between Corona Del Mar and Laguna Beach. The master-planned community was developed by the Irvine Company. Generous preserved open space, beautiful landscapes, multiple nature trails and coastal splendor establish the character of this city.

Newport Coast boasts some of the most expensive real estate in Orange County with architectural styles ranging from Tuscan inspired homes to your classic Mediterranean style estate.  These large estate homes have forever Ocean, Catalina Island, mountain and city light views. The Pelican Hill area is a perfect example of luxury at its finest as Newport Coast is a seaside community ideally located near championship golf courses and just minutes to Fashion Island Shopping Center and fine dining.
