About Aliso Viejo, California

Aliso Viejo, a popular place to live with its award-winning schools, great location, and entertainment, is a city in the San Joaquin Hills of southern Orange County, California. It became Orange County’s 34th city on July 1, 2001, the only city in Orange County to be incorporated since 2000. It is one of the several cities bordering Aliso and Wood Canyons Regional Park.

The city of Aliso Viejo, which is continually ranked as one of the safest cities in the nation, boasts rolling hillside, valley terrain and picturesque views of mountains, streams, parks and city lights.
