I used to ask myself why it is that most children including a significant fraction of grownups say that Disneyland has a charm of softening even the hardest of hearts. So I sat back thinking, “Why don’t I visit this place that makes people so blissful that they continue to sing the divine tunes of the land”. I decided to fix the tour in my monthly schedule, packed my bags, and off I went!
On my way to Disney, I decided to take a peep of what awaits the moment I step my foot on the epic zone. Opened in 1955, July 17, Disneyland is the first of the two theme parks established at the grand Disneyland Resort in California. To my amusement, Disneyland is one of the few places that has gained a remarkable reputation for having been built under the direct care of Walt Disney.

The trip became more interesting since I met a colleague of mine, Ryan, who we decided to share a thing or two – and before we knew it, Disneyland!
Then came Mike, a guide assigned to us by the organizers of the trip and as we entered the happy area. Ryan pointed out to me some Starbucks sipping ladies so jazzed, including a few grown men singing the tunes of Indiana Jones. And so I thought, why don’t I join the rest of the party hunters and make it more fascinating by requesting the sparkly ears next to an elf who was crying out, “Make way for the ears that will sparkle your future!”.
Apart from the cute selfies and the mouthwatering snacks from the jovial vendors of Disney, the castle was all blinged out because we were lucky to visit during the colorful anniversary of the land. The Paint Night Parade was a feeling compared to no other, with fireworks all over the place, people singing and dancing during the famous Diamond Celebration.
We took a few steps and wow! Frozen LIVE; a Broadway-style event held at Hyperion with the rarest of special effects ever displayed on live performing arts. The 45 minutes of the show raced as if we were there for only 5 minutes because of the thrilling entertainment granted to us by the recitalists.
Star Wars at Tomorrow land was a showstopper. We rode Hyperspace Mountain, met Kylo, and watched the entire saga in a span of 10 luscious minutes that gave us the whole picture of the popular movie. This was a true eye-opener since I got to mingle with the best in the industry. This was not all, but what I can say is that to experience the rest of the story, visit Disneyland resort and experience not only the features but the true hospitality of the staff, management, as well as the people around you.
